We measure customer satisfaction using a new internationally recognised standard known as Net Promoter Score (NPS), which takes all those who have positive messages about us less those who were not fully satisfied to give the service a percentage score. To put this in context the internationally renowned Harvard Business School stated “Companies that achieve world-class customer loyalty receive net-promoter scores of 75% to more than 80%”.

Pre Surgery Feedback
I had my consultation with Vivek Sivarajan yesterday, I was overwhelmed with how I was treated at the clinic by him and his staff, as soon as I met him I knew straight away he was the surgeon for me, having been to a few consultations in the past I never felt at ease! Vivek listened to what I wanted and gave me lots of options and explained each procedure. He is so precise and very professional, you can tell straight away he takes pride in his work. I will write another review after surgery but was that happy with how everything went yesterday thought I’d give it 5 stars already
